About
Born in 1996 in Glasgow, I have been making paintings and drawings for the past half decade. Being Educated at Warwickshire School of Art, Wimbledon College of Arts and Birkbeck University, I have since developed an interest in Post-Modern and Post-Structualist critique and exploration of Western visual histories and the ideas surrounding identity through the aesthetics of violence. I borrow from a series of different painterly 'languages' and reference motifs that I feel are recurrent throughout painting and collage these against culturally powerful imagery.
